Our menu is a celebration of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, infused with bold international flavours. Inspired by our travels, we’ve crafted a selection of dishes that bring together the best of Newquay’s coastal bounty with the vibrant spirit of global cuisine. From light, sun-kissed bites to indulgent, flavour-packed plates, every dish is designed to be savoured by the sea.
Saltsheds now have TWO dining options on site. 

Downstairs we offer a simple snack and semi fast food menu for casual and relaxed dining. – Pls note this is ordered at the bar. 

However, upstairs on the first floor at Saltsheds we have created a 2nd restaurant called “The Upper Deck”. This is the sister to our Upper Deck restaurant in Rock and features full table service, a more expansive menu, regular specials and a generally more elevated dining experience.
